WORLD BOOK DAY 2023

On Thursday 2nd March, as part of our work to promote a love of reading across The Shires at Stretton we all took part in World Book Day. We did lots of fantastic activities; dressing up as our favourite book characters, sharing books, making bookmarks, decorating gingerbread people linked to some of our favourite stories, baking yummy cakes, and loads more! Maple class went to Walkers Bookshop and used their World Book Day vouchers to collect some new book too.  The staff went all out with their fantastic costumes and got dressed up too! We all had a fantastic day.
